 
The past three years serving as your supervisor has been a very rewarding experience. We have made a lot of progress in that time, opening up lines of communication, and working with folks in all the District 5 communities and throughout Placer County to provide better county services in these challenging times. There is much work yet to be done!
As we head into the 2012 election cycle, I'm looking forward to a robust campaign where we will be engaging constituents directly, and talking about the issues we face in District 5 and Placer County now and in the future.These are challenging times in which we live and, now more than ever, it is crucial that all of our voices be heard. I hope to see you soon at an event or on the campaign trail. Thank you!
